1 Week stay at a Lake Front A-Frame Cabin in Arrowhead Lake, Pocono Mountains (FMV is $4500)

Built by award winning builder, Sean Pincus of GRIT Construction, and managed by Airbnb Superhost, Cat Pincus, this Lake Front A-Frame is one of a kind and this is an opportunity to be one of our FIRST guests! From the passive, energy efficient building science techniques to the rustic Scandinavian modern design inside, one step into the home and you'll see why it will be nominated for awards. This cozy-modern lake house sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms + powder room and a loft (appropriate for guests 10 years of age and older). The loft level has a roof deck for panoramic views of the entire lake. Enjoy radiant heated floors throughout the entire first floor and master bathroom. Spend time enjoying the large eat-in kitchen with a long island and a breakfast nook perfect for your morning coffee and family dinners. The bright living room equipped with a fireplace is the perfect place to relax on the couch or use the built in Sonos speakers while you play the provided board games! The sliding door in the living room leads out to a deck with a walkway to the lake equipped with outdoor speakers for entertainment. For the cold nights and some fun with s'mores under the stars, enjoy the Solo Stove fire pit with built in seating for all. The best part is that we're pet friendly, and because we're lake front, dogs are allowed to enjoy the lake on the property. What vacation is complete without your pup? The cabin is a stone's throw from the community lodge where you can grab a morning coffee and use the gym. There are 3 heated pools, beaches, tennis/basketball courts, and parks in the community, all available for use by members and guests.
