11 Watchers

Leon Uris (who authored "Exodus") once described Ireland as "a terrible beauty" - with its rocky outcroppings, brilliant green swaths of moss and clover, and windswept coastal regions. With a winning bid, four golfers can not only experience the rugged charm of Ireland, but play such iconic courses as Old Head (a 200-acre promontory that juts out into the Atlantic Ocean), Killarney Golf Club (a four-time host of the Irish Open), Dooks Golf (on the Dingle Peninsula, with majestic views of the Reeks mountain range), Ballybunion Old (ranked #24 in the World's top 100), Doonbeg and Lahinch (founded in 1892 and originally laid out by Old Tom Morris, and redesigned by Alistair MacKenzie - who co-designed Augusta National Golf Club - in 1927).

Lodging and transportation in Ireland are included.

This trip has the potential of being taken in 2023 but will more likely need to be taken in 2024 to ensure tee times at all of these wonderful courses.
