No Dogs over 25 lbs.

Security Deposit: Winner must provide a $4000 security deposit buy 8/1/23 made payable to Pines Harbor Realty. This gets returned to them shortly after departure as long as there are no damages.

Housekeeping fees: Winner must pay $500 by 8/31/23. $200 pool/spa and $300 housekeeping Made payable to Pines Harbor Realty.
