Exclusive in-home private five-course dining experience for eight people with wine pairings prepared by culinary leader Devon Sanner, chef/owner of Zio Peppe and in association with Flying Leap Vineyards from Sonoita. For 15 years Devon Sanner served as the right hand man for James Beard Award Winning Chef Janos Wilder, serving as Executive Chef at The Carriage House and Downtown Kitchen and Cocktails, and as Chef de Cuisine at Janos and JBAR. Additionally, Sanner has staged at Alinea and Tru in Chicago and Momofuku in New York City, and represented Tucson at the International Gastronomy Forum in Macao, China in 2019. Sanner is also a founding member of the Gastronomic Union of Tucson (GUT), an affiliation of many of Tucson's most beloved chefs. Located in the heart of Arizona wine country just 50 miles south of metro Tucson, Flying Leap's Estate Vineyards, Winery and Distillery facilities are one of the most beautiful wine venues in the southwestern United States. All Flying Leap wine is produced primarily from grape vineyards the company owns and operates in the state of Arizona, with some Flying Leap wine produced by way of a collaborative partnership with the Hoffmann & Girotti families with grapes sourced from their Medrano & Lujan De Cuyo vineyards in Mendoza, Argentina.
