This is a liquidation auction for Tennessee Farmers Cooperative (TFC). Items are located in three locations (Rockford, TN, LaVergne, TN, or Mt. Pleasant, TN). Please note that items are not all in the same location. Each item has information listed regarding its location for viewing and pickup. All items are sold as is, no warranty, no guarantees. Viewing is available the week of the auction from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST. The buyer is responsible for arranging shipping and delivery, along with loading the items.

This auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes.

A buyer's premium of 10.00% applies to final purchase price all purchases. Purchases may be settled with cash, check, ACH, wire, or credit card. To pay via ACH (e-check) visit HERE

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release items after payment is received. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify the identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you specifically choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 30 days after the auction closes. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee. If you pay by paper check or e-check after receiving an invoice via e-mail from SmartAuctions the 5% transaction fee is automatically waived.
