This beautifully framed John Paul Jones Commemorative Stamp Collection honors the legendary naval hero of the American Revolution. Issued on September 23, 1979, in Annapolis, Maryland, this display celebrates the First Day of Issue for the U.S. Bicentennial 15ยข stamp bearing his likeness and famous quote:
