Gorman Heritage Farm is a non-profit, working farm whose mission is to cultivate a healthy community through farm-based education and experiences about food, sustainable agriculture and the natural world. FAQ

Must I buy tickets in advance?
Yes! It will save you time from standing in line at the gate! Ticket prices will also increase at the gate to $15 for adults, $8 for children ages 3-17, and $8 for seniors 65+. We also will not be accepting cash at the gate.

Even if I am a member?
Yes, email us at [email protected] for the promo code. We will not be able to view your membership status at the gate, so advance tickets with the promo code to make them free must be processed online.

Do Village of Evendale residents get free admission to the Sunflower Festival?
Not unless you are also a current Member.

Can I visit the Farm other days of the week during the first weeks of October when sunflowers are blooming?
Yes, except we will be closed Monday, October 9th. We will have special Sunday hours September 30 - October 22.

Can I bring my pet?
No. Only ADA Service Dogs trained to do work or perform a task for a person with a disability are allowed. No emotional support animals.

Can I bring my stroller?
Yes, but please be considerate of others on the paths and in Farm buildings.

Is the Farm accessible for strollers and wheelchairs?
Yes, although there are some gravel and grassy areas, and hills to traverse. If it's muddy, wheelchairs and strollers can have a hard time.

Can I get a refund or change my ticket date?
No, your ticket cost goes to fund our mission to educate about agriculture, nutrition, sustainability, and the environment.

Is there an ATM on site?
Yes, an ATM sponsored by 5/3 Bank is located in the Interpretive Center.

Where will I park?

We will have parking available our Soil & Stars Education Building, across the street at Formica, as well as down Reading Road at Silco, Footworks, Raffels, and Magnified Giving. We will also have accessible and VIP parking available in the Boyscouts parking lot! There will be a free, regular running shuttle to and from the Formica lot!

Is the event rain or shine?

Yes, we run rain or shine!

I also understand that once the individuals' image, likeness, or voice recording is published on a website, it can be downloaded by any computer user. Personal information, such as a minor(s)'s full or partial name, school, parent/guardian's names, addresses and telephone number will never be published alongside the media.
