IMSA returns to Lime Rock Park with the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship & Michelin Pilot Challenge! The WeatherTech SportsCar Championship is the premier sports car racing series in the United States and Canada. It features multiple classes of awe-inspiring sports cars racing on the track at the same time, making for seemingly endless passing throughout the road. The Michelin Pilot Challenge also features on the weekend, with touring cars competing in a 2-hour sprint to start off the race day. New in 2023, the VP Racing SportsCar Challenge features Le Mans Prototype 3 (LMP3) cars, as well as GT4 sports cars competing in spring races.

Choice 2: HISTORIC FESTIVAL 41, September 1-4, 2023
Historic Festival 41 is always a tremendous automotive and racing extravaganza that showcases close to 2,000 historic, vintage, racing, and collector cars over its four days from race car parades through town and three dozen vintages races, to a prestigious concourse on the Sam Posey Straight and a huge collector car show. With Honored Collectors, Honored Guests, and dozens of other special features, Historic Festival 41 is a must-see for any and all car people.
