A pair of framed antique lawyer plates from The Book of the Bench, published by James MacKenzie Ltd., London, in 1909. These are photolithographs originally from Vanity Fair by Spy, et al. The plates are marked and titled with a brief biography inserted on the verso of each frame.

The Right Honourable Lord Chief Justice of England [The Right Honourable Lord Alberstone G.C.M.G]

The Honourable Sir Thomas Rolls Warrington [The Honourable Mr. Justice Warrington]

Each is professionally, archivally framed with acid-free materials, French matting, and a gilt inner liner, with a burled walnut frame, measuring approximately 19 1/4" x 16 1/4 overall. Wired and ready to hang. Perfect for a lawyer, judge, or lover of the law!
