Your condo boasts incredible ocean and golf course views from the balcony, living room, kitchen, and master bedroom! You and your guests will enjoy the sounds of the tropical rainforest and lapping of the waves while drinking your morning coffee.

The 1,670 sq. ft luxury unit includes a full kitchen, dining area, large balcony, stainless steel appliances, impeccable furnishings, washer and dryer, wifi, security system, motorized sun shades, Google Nest controlled air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. The condo comes with a designated parking space, a storage unit, and access to the fully equipped fitness facility.

As a resident for the week, you will have access to the Los Suenos community pools, Beach Club, restaurants, 24-hour security, concierge services, and resort activities. Further enjoy your stay by exploring Costa Rica through additional excursions! You can think of Carolina as your personal assistant for the week. Upon booking, Carolina can help you with packing tips, recommended excursions, and book your transportation from the airport to Los Suenos. You will be thoroughly informed of what to expect and given assistance in tailoring your perfect vacation. Carolina is fluent in both Spanish and English and can book all of your activities and transportation while in Costa Rica. Unique Services was founded in 2004.

Package details: Check in Saturday at 4pm and Check out the following Saturday at 10am. This package is for the condo rental and access to concierge services only. Airfare, meals, excursions (fishing, ground transportation, golf, tours, etc.), chef services, car rentals, and gratuities are not included. Maximum occupancy of six guests in the condo. Blackout dates include the weeks of Christmas, New Year's Day, and Easter. All sales are final---no refunds---travel insurance is recommended. All Unique Services concierge services are billed separately.
