Keep your Windows computer safe in today's uncertain world. This is a 3-hour in-person session at UUCL. Date and time in July or August to be determined based on schedules of those registering.
BYOL - Bring your own laptop, and bring your questions!

Topics to be covered include the following:
*Keeping your email secure - why is it important?
*Basic email security tips that everyone should know
*Keeping your computer up to date
*Are you safe on line with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge?
*Understand some basic password management rules and practices
*Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive - what are they and do you need them?
If you already know half of the answers to the topics above, this course is too basic for you.

Note: This class is for Windows-based computers only and not appropriate for Macs

I will try to fix your computer problem or get your digital life in order. Anything from running a network cable, cleaning up viruses, hooking up a wireless printer, setting up Dropbox, or getting your email working. Be aware that some ancient laptops are not repairable.

Carole will pick you up at your home and drive you to any one of these airports: Harrisburg, BWI, Philadelphia. Then she'll pick you up from the airport and take you home when you return from your trip. Buyer and donor will set the dates.
