Welcome to the WHPA Winter Raffle Event! 

It is that exciting time of year where we celebrate with our families and friends, enjoy the many upcoming performances on campus and kick off the WHPA Winter Basket Raffle!!! The suspense of watching the wheel spin and waiting for your name to appear on the screen to win the gift card basket or the surprise when you realize you've won, was the perfect way to kick off Winter Break. We can't wait to have another fun evening with you this year!  We have some amazing baskets so make sure you take your time and look at each and every basket description. They are filled with so many awesome prizes and you do not want to miss your chance to win! There are so many wonderful events and enhancements the WHPA provides to the school, students and staff. This raffle is just one way that we are able to make all of them possible. Thank you all for you donations and continued support. 

How Does the Raffle Work?

We have been busy collecting all your wonderful donations to make these baskets out of this world. 

To browse the baskets use the "CLICK HERE" tab above. To read the detailed description of each basket click on the photo.

We warn you, these are pretty awesome items!!

When you are done browsing and are ready to purchase raffle entries, return to the home page and click on the "ORDER NOW" tab to purchase individual entries for each basket.

You can purchase as many as you would like. There are three prize tiers, $2, $5 & $10 per entry. 

The quantity you select will add to your cart and you can check out when done.

To check out, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "NEXT" and follow the prompts from there. 

You can return and purchase additional entries any time up until December 12th @ 11:00pm.

Once the deadline is reached all sales will be closed and all names will be entered into our raffle drawing system.

The drawing will be held in person on campus on December 14th at 7:00pm and will also be available to watch LIVE via Zoom.

Basket Raffle Rules

• Basket Raffle guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase entries for any baskets containing alcohol. Proper identification will be required to claim this basket
• No refunds are offered for purchased raffle entries.
• All payments for raffle entries are to be made through this website, no alternate method of payment is accepted. 
• Baskets/Prizes are not exchangeable for alternate baskets or cash. 
• All Basket winners are required to pick up their winning basket/prize by Friday, December 16th, 2022 by 11am at the Reception Desk.  Winner MUST show winning confirmation email to receive prize. 
• Winning Baskets/prizes cannot be mailed or shipped, however alternate pick up/delivery can be arranged. 
• The WHPA Basket Committee reserves the right to make changes where necessary.

Basket Raffle Entry Prices

TIER #1 -  $2 each (Basket Value $100-$199)
TIER #2 - $5 each (Basket Value $200-$399)
TIER #3 - $10 each (Basket Value $400+)
