OLANDER as they invite EIGHT (8) GUESTS to A MAGNIFICENT MEAL AT HERONS at
the Umstead Hotel. Tom will curate these wines during the dinner in his own legendary
fashion - We bet he'll add a limerick or two! While we don't have the specifics yet, we can
almost be certain dinner with start with champagne! Graduate to luscious white Burgundy,
then on to wonderful red Bordeaux, and, of course, ending with something sweet. Wine is,
after all, a journey, and Tom won't lead you astray. The wine will be paired with an out-ofthis-world culinary feast prepared by CHEF STEVEN DEVEREAUX GREENE.
