The hunting season is from 1st of February 2024 to November 30th of 2024 or 2025. Donation is for the duration of 8 days. The 8 hunting days will be on concessions of Africa Maximum Safaris in the North West Province of South Africa with over 300,000 acres of combined concessions. If trophies are taken early, client will not be required to suspend the duration of days donated for hunting. The hunt may be upgraded, either extra hunters or observers at normal rates (as per price list), extra trophies to be hunted, extra days booked either on hunting or touring, as client wishes to tailor the package. Trophy animals donated are one of each specie to be shared by the hunters: Kudo over 55" (up to 59") x 1 Nyala x 1 and Bushbuck x 1 to be shared by the hunters.

The hunt is available for the 2024 or 2025 season. Included in the donation is field preparation of trophies, dipping and shipping is not included. The arrival and departure point will be Johannesburg or Tambo International Airport. No permit drawing or lottery is required for this hunt. All transportation during the hunt is included and all transportation is done by vehicle. Special arrangements will be made if client wishes to charter a plane to camp. This will be done at extra cost to the client. Donation excludes the arrival and departure days cost and the airport transfer. Arrival and departure days and airport transfers are changed at US $210.00 per person per day excl. 15% tax. This is applicable to the client in all cases.

Weapons to be used: Rifle only - 30 caliber or bigger. The limitation on the ammunition is 200 rounds per gun. Alternative weapon to bring is a shotgun for bird shooting. An export permit from the US is required to bring any weapons in to South Africa. At South African Customs the gun owner will supply necessary import permit on which a temporary firearm license will be issued.

If client wishes to upgrade on touring days we will be glad to tailor-make their dream safari tour. Any additional days and species clients wish to add will be as per the normal price list of the year that the safari is undertaken in.
