Embark on a stunning journey through Ireland's most iconic landscapes, rich history, and charming towns. This carefully curated 6-night itinerary for 4 offers the perfect balance of guided highlights and free time to explore at your own pace.
Your group of four will arrive in Ireland's vibrant capital city. No car is needed during your time in Dublin - simply take the Aircoach or a taxi to Cassidy's Hotel, a charming 3-star property in the heart of the city. Spend your afternoon exploring Dublin's Georgian streets and must-see attractions like Trinity College, the Jameson Distillery, Kilmainham Gaol, Dublin Castle, and St. Patrick's Cathedral. Your package also includes 4 tickets to the world-famous Guinness Storehouse.
Enjoy a full Irish breakfast at the hotel before your morning continues at leisure - perfect for visiting any sights you may have missed. Later, pick up your rental car and drive to Ennis, a lively and welcoming town in County Clare (approx. 3-hour drive). Check in to the elegant 4-star Old Ground Hotel and enjoy a free evening to stroll through the town's colorful streets and local pubs.
After breakfast, head to the coast for a truly magical day. Take a 30-minute ferry from Doolin to Inis Oirr, the smallest of the Aran Islands, where you'll discover ancient ruins, shipwrecks, a lighthouse, and stunning beaches. Enjoy traditional Irish music and fresh local fare in cozy island pubs. Your return journey offers a spectacular cruise beneath the towering Cliffs of Moher - a breathtaking perspective of this iconic natural wonder. Return to Ennis for a relaxing evening.
Fuel up with another full Irish breakfast before heading toward the southwest. Take the car ferry at Tarbert and enjoy a scenic coastal drive through the Burren region to the dramatic Aillwee Caves. Continue to the picturesque town of Killarney (approx. 2 hours from Ennis) and check into the 4-star Randles Court Hotel. The evening is yours to explore Killarney's shops, pubs, and local charm.
Then, immerse yourself in the epic natural beauty of Killarney National Park. Enjoy a jaunting cart ride (pony & trap) through the majestic Gap of Dunloe with a local "jarvey" (driver), followed by a 20km boat ride across the Lakes of Killarney. Sail past Eagle's Nest Mountain, Inisfallen Island, and Ross Castle - a journey through glacial valleys, arched stone bridges, and centuries of history.
After breakfast, make the scenic 4-hour drive back to Dublin and check in to the breathtaking Clontarf Castle Hotel, a luxurious 4-star property with a history dating back to 1172. That evening, enjoy a delicious 3-course dinner (beverages excluded) in this stunning castle setting.
Enjoy a final Irish breakfast before driving to nearby Dublin Airport. Return your rental car and depart with unforgettable memories of Ireland's charm, culture, and beauty.
