Enjoy a 3-night stay in a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom house nestled on the Williams Fork River in Parshall, CO with 6 passes to the nearby Hot Sulphur Springs .

Relax on the deck over-looking the river and take in the views. With no Wifi, you'll instantly unplug and escape the hustle and bustle of city life just 2 hours away in Denver.

Hike and explore on crowd-free terrain, catch the big one while you fish private waters, then enjoy a soak in the healing waters of the natural hot springs. The property's stretch of river is easily wade able from either side of the bank and produces rainbows, browns, and the occasional cutthroat and brook trout.

As a private home, you'll coordinate your stay directly with the ranch owner to be completed before this August 15, 2023. They will meet you at the property to get you settled in. Guests will have use of the house from Friday morning to Monday at noon. Sleeping arrangements include: One bedroom with two double beds, and two additional bedrooms with one double bed each.

The Hot Sulphur Springs were found in 1840's with the first bath house on site in the 1850's. Our water comes from 7 springs on the mountain and flows through our 15 man made pools to our duck pond and on into the Colorado River. The Water in our pools is 100% natural. We do not add any chemicals to our water the natural flow of the water balances it (5 gallons per 40 seconds) there are no filters or pumps on site. All water flow is gravity fed and natural.

Hot Springs Day Pass Reservations must be booked a minimum 24hrs in advance.
