Enjoy a private charcuterie class for up to 10 people in your home.

Have fun with a 1.5 hour long class learning fun cuts and techniques to up your charcuterie game.

In this Watch and Learn class, Jessie Gillham will lead a class while building a large 14"x21" charcuterie board for your group and the wooden board is the winning host's to keep.

The beautiful board will include:

• 8 Cheeses
• 3-4 Charcuterie cornichons
• Variety of olives
• Honey
• Pairing preserves
• Variety of nuts
• Fresh seasonal produce
• Accoutrements
• Fresh herb garnish
• Variety of crackers and serving utensils

You will also learn the exact steps to be able to shop, prep, style and recreate the beautiful board at home.

The class is an intimate setting where guests can feel free to ask any questions and have conversations in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Each guest will also receive a Festive Haus charcuterie folder that includes:

• Step-by-step instructions with pictures on how to build a 10"x14" board,
• Sample charcuterie grocery shopping list,
• Tips and tricks assembling instructions sheet
• Serving recommendations sheet: How to plan and purchase charcuterie and wine for any size crowd you're serving

The class is roughly 1.5 hours long with the instructor arriving 30 minutes prior to class and the class beginning around 15 minutes after guests arrive. Board assembly and class takes around an hour and clean up is 15 minutes and once board is complete the instructor will leave so that you and your guests may continue the party and enjoy the charcuterie board!
