Enjoy a private waterfall hike with Tim Ernst, world-renowned photographer and highly published author.

Tim will coordinate a hike with you at Home Valley Bluff, for a group of up to 8 people, this Spring or Summer 2024. Home Valley Bluff is on private property and is located in Nail, Arkansas which is a 2 hour and 15 min. drive from Little Rock. This is one of the longest, continuous bluff-lines in the Ozark National forest and there are 4 different waterfalls on this property. Waterfalls usually run during the "wet season" which can last up until June. You may or may not see actual waterfalls based on when you coordinate your hike but you will see the beautiful bluff lines, a cathedral like bluff shelter, and latin inscriptions (In gloria Patris et filly) that have been rumored to have been inscribed by Spanish explorers on Desoto's Arkansas expedition. The hike to the Latin inscriptions is considered difficult, due to the absence of trail, scrambling, uneven terrain, undergrowth, and high-bluff areas. Your actual hike will be decided by Tim Ernst based on the group's experience level.

You will also receive an Arkansas Waterfalls Guidebook and on your hike will receive 2- autographed 8x10 prints of a waterfall on the hike previously photographed by Tim Ernst.
