Mary is the owner of the award-winning Chocolat Celeste. She was named one of the top ten emerging chocolatiers in America in 2003 by Conde Nast publications. She has a bachelor's degree in food science and business from the University of Minnesota, coursework from the University of California, Davis in Chocolate Technology, Sugar Technology, and Gourmet and Continental Chocolates, and instruction for Master Chocolatier, Jean Marie Aubione. Chocolat Celeste has been in business for 22 years.
