The American Red Cross of the PA Mountains, which is part of the 61-county American Red Cross of Greater Pennsylvania, serves communities in Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Fulton, Huntingdon, Mifflin, Juniata and Somerset, Counties. Last year, our chapter responded to 113 events serving more than 460 individuals. Within the PA Mountains Chapter, we have trained 3,500 adults and children in CPR, First Aid, and other life-saving skills.

The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors. When disasters strike, we provide critical aid such as food, shelter, clothing, medical supplies, and emotional support.
