The five properties, currently consisting of two amazing log cabins, one charming cottage, one conveniently located ranch house, and one custom designed and built lodge with 28' ceilings are owned and operated by the Di Bartolo family. All of our rentals have been furnished and decorated with the warmth and eclectic charm that our guests visit Asheville to enjoy. All properties have fenced in yards/areas for your pup(s) to explore the outdoors without worry or effort.

Explore Asheville's funky and artistic cafes and shops in the morning, drive the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway and hike picturesque mountain trails in the afternoon, and afterwards, catch dinner at one of downtown Asheville's award-winning restaurants or breweries. In the evening, come home to your Dancing Bear cabin or house to enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fireplace, soak in the steaming hot tub or roast marshmallows in the firepit -please check the individual rentals for amenities- then enjoy a restful night's sleep.

The wrap around deck overlooks the surrounding woods opening up to incredible valley and long range-mountain views. 6 person Leisure Bay hot tub spa with waterfall and lights situated on the deck for maximum viewing pleasure. The well-equipped kitchen with a center island has all the modern large appliances: dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven, coffee makers (including a Keurig) and basic spices. One level living with 3 bedrooms: the master has a king size log bed and its own bathroom (bathrooms only have showers, no tubs). Another has a king size bed with live edge wood headboard, and the third has two twin beds . All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The great room has comfy leather furniture, handmade, rustic tables and bench and a 50" flat screen with free Netflix. The dining table seats eight comfortably. There is a gas fireplace in the great room for those chilly mountain evenings and central A/C for those balmy mountain evenings. Charcoal grill, picnic table and bistro table, and two person log swing on the deck. Dog friendly -up to two for a $75 dog fee.

Just off the living room is the sun room with windows on three sides and more amazing views! The main floor has two bedrooms: the master has a king size bed and two closets . The 2nd main floor bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom with double vanity is in the hall leading to the bedrooms. Lower level has large king bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2nd downstairs bedroom with queen bed and sliding door to outside deck. Large family room is downstairs with comfy leather seating as well as a 9' shuffleboard table, board games, large, modern electric fireplace and TV with 50' TV with Netflix. Laundry room has full size washer/dryer.
