Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the eastern end of the lake and the Ouachita Mountains or cocktails in the evening while stargazing without any light pollution. Whether for a summer escape with friends and family, corporate team-building retreat, or quiet break to see the leaves change in the Fall, this is the perfect getaway in any season!

The main level offers vaulted ceilings, a double-sided wood-burning fireplace, master suite with king-size bed and separate access to the outdoor deck, living area with flat-screen TV, Sonos speaker system, guest bathroom, large dining area with a gorgeous view and seating for 8, and kitchen with oversized granite island. The lower level includes a second large living area with flat-screen TV, puzzles and board games (perfect for sending the kids downstairs!), double access to the lower deck, one guest suite with king-size bed, and two other large bedrooms with king-size beds and guest bathroom. The property also includes Internet (fixed wireless), a 3-car detached garage, and driveway with additional room for guests' vehicles.

You can enjoy walks or hikes through the tranquil neighborhood spotting deer and birds along the way or fish off the neighborhood boat dock or shoreline. You can also rent a fishing, ski, or pontoon boat at the State Park or bring your own and enjoy access to a private boat ramp, which can accommodate a fishing or ski boat, kayaks, or jet ski. A pontoon boat can be taken to the public ramp at the Lake Ouachita State Park, which is only a five-minute drive from the home. Access to a private boat slip at the neighborhood dock, if desired, can be discussed separately with the owner.
