For your donation to Soroptimist, we can provide you with a tailored approach to planning for your future and for the transfer of your assets. This includes:

Consultation to review of all of your assets, debts, and goals for your estate.

Identify the best mechanisms by which to protect and transfer your estate.

Prepare any of the following documents, including:

• Durable Power of Attorney (est. value at $200)
• HIPPA Waiver (est. value at $200)
• Revocable Trusts
• Will
• Charitable Trust

Should the attorney fees exceed $3,000 dollars given the complexity of the estate, we will review the options with the donor for proceeding and provide a legal services agreement setting out our standard rates for the remainder of the services. At the outset, we will provide an estimate of the costs of the estate planning based on the review of the estate. Consultations available for the donor beginning May 1, 2023.

This donation is subject to a conflict-of-interest check, Holmes Christian LLP will conduct a conflict of interest check as soon as the identity of the winning bidder is provided to us. Should Holmes Christian LLP be unable to represent the winning bidder due to a conflict, the winning bidder agrees to accept a refund of the bid price from Soroptimists and no services shall be provided.
