Three couples are invited to experience the spirit of the Paso Robles wine community as they spend three nights in a luxury home located in Paso's Willow Creek District. This immersive wine experience has been carefully curated by Paso's infamous French winemaking family and the owners of Clos Solene, Benom, and L'Aventure fondly referred to as the French Mafia.

Relax and enjoy the intricate flavors found in each uniquely expressed glass of wine, because every detail has been taken care of for you, including daily luxury transportation to and from each winery on your itinerary. Begin your Paso tasting experience at Clos Solene where owner and winemaker, Guillaume Fabre, will host you for "A Taste of the Terroir" where he'll pour your wine straight from the barrel as he leads you on a Polaris tour of the estate vineyard showcasing its most premium blocks to allow you to truly experience farm-to-glass. Depart Clos Solene and travel to the neighboring winery of Booker Vineyards, where you'll enjoy a tour of their caves, tasting on the terrace, and catered lunch. Spend your afternoon with Arnaud Fabre for a tasting of Benom wines created with his brother and co-owner Guillaume. Arnaud will lead you through a comparative tasting of current and library wines with some additional pours coming from his import company Procure Wines. End your evening with dinner at Les Petites Canailles, prepared by chef, owner, and the culinary arm of the French Mafia, Julien Asseo.

Your second day begins with champagne in the L'Aventure vineyard before enjoying a special tasting in Stephan Asseo's private library within the L'Aventure caves. Hear the story of how this maverick winemaker from Bordeaux brought his family to Paso Robles while you taste a flight of wines from both current and past vintages. Then travel to Tin City for tasting experiences with winemakers Riley Hubbard of Hubba Wines and Valia From of Desparada Winery.

Vacations are better when there's a little mystery. There is one more element of the day that won't be revealed to you until the day of. After all, Paso is known for its adventurous spirit! Wind down on your final evening with dinner hosted in your home by Connor McMahon of Fulldraw, Juan Mercado of Riise, and Stanley Barrios of TOP. Rising stars of the Paso wine scene, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to enjoy their wines while having a private dinner curated by chef Justin Kingsley Hall.
