Spend a memorable evening at the home of Dann & Colette Schwartz as you and 11 other couples enjoy the culinary delights of renowned French Chef, Joelle Mollinger, while sharing and savoring a special 9L of 2012 Lewis Cellars Cuvee L Cabernet Sauvignon, generously donated by Norman Malo.

Menus created by Chef Mollinger are known to be exquisitely presented while showcasing not only her talent, but also the influence of her life's journey which began in Morocco, then France, and finally to where she now resides and runs Joelle's French Bistro in upstate New York.

The 2012 Lewis Cellars Cuvee L is a super-charged version of the winery's highly regarded Cabernets and is described as "spectacularly ripe fruit laced in sexy clove and oak spices, this wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and total seduction. Youthful and forward with juicy blackberry, silk-skinned plum and rich, malt chocolate, ample tannins bring maturity, depth and heightened experience to the wine."

• Two (2) seats at a dinner for up to twelve (12) couples at the home of Dann & Colette Schwartz prepared by Chef Joelle Mollinger
• 9L 2012 Lewis Cellars Cuvee L Cabernet Sauvignon to be opened and shared at dinner with additional wines from the Schwartz's cellar
