Hunting for Three at The Preserve at Dundee

You and two friends will enjoy part of the day hunting at The Preserve at Dundee; a Virginia tradition started over 200 years ago. Just north of Richmond, their vast hunting preserve has been cultivated and strategically prepared for upland hunting. There are several distinct and different hunting environments including traditional pine forests, open fields, and sloping hills. They provide their exceptional and experienced guides, professionally trained English Setters and Pointers, chef prepared gourmet food and local libations set amongst a historic setting. This is hunting in Virginia at it's finest!

Arrive at The Preserve at your scheduled hunting time. After a short safety briefing and check in, you'll head out for your hunt. In the field you'll expect to see a mixed bag of quail, pheasant, and chukar. Your guide will lead you through the various hunting environments of The Preserve, including pine forest, sloping hills, and flat farmland. Watch the dogs find and point both wild and released birds throughout your three hours in the field. Relax back at the Carriage House where you will enjoy a locally catered lunch or heavy hors d'ouevres and drinks. Share stories and lies around the firepit, as they prepare your birds for take home!

Package includes one upland mixed bag hunt with unlimited quail, pheasant and chukar privileges; one round of clay shooting on their five stand (additional rounds are available for $25); guides; dogs; bird cleaning and preparation; hunting vehicles and post hunt lunch or hors d'oeuvres and drinks based upon a morning or afternoon hunt.

Gift Certificate expires on March 24, 2024. Package does not include VA Hunting license (they can assist); shotgun shells (available for sale at check in) and shotguns. Pricing for an optional private dinner at Dundee or at their partner restaurant, Shagbark, is available upon request.
