Dr. Dana Cares is a concierge at-home Urgent Care that now comes to where you are - home or office. We are able to diagnose and treat many of the same common conditions that are treated at an Urgent Care. Even in the case that you need to be treated by your primary care doctor, a specialist, or the ER, we are able to coordinate your care with your doctor and convey the results of your exam and testing with other physicians in a clear, concise summary.

Details:

Voucher for 1 at home visit for 1 person. It does not cover additional procedures including but not limited to: sutures, abscess I & D, foreign body removal.

The area of coverage of travel includes: Glencoe, Winnetka, Wilmette, Northbrook, Glenview, Highland Pak, Northfield, Lake Forest, and Deerfield. Additional travel area available upon request with additional fee.
