Camille Le Caer is known affectionately as "Frenchie." Le Caer was well known locally for his cafe on Hertel Avenue, "Pastry By Camille," which served crepes, macaroons, and other pastries. Chef has appeared on the Food Network, winning "Guy's Grocery Games" and most recently will appear this month on "Chopped!"

Camille Le Caer hails from Brittany, France.
After graduation, he became an apprentice at several Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, before moving to New York City. Camille worked in collaboration with Head Chef Sébastien Chamaret at the famed French restaurant Bagatelle, and also Crepesucre, a crêperie located in Lower Manhattan.
