This rifle has been custom built to closely match the rifle used by Kyle Lamb and the other elite special mission unit operators in Somalia during Operation Task Force Ranger.

The original rifle was an issued Colt 723 rifle affectionally know as the CAR-15.
Operators would customize their rifle to best suit their individual needs. Features such as Aimpoint 2000 Red dot hunting scope, fabricated gun light mount, redi-mag magazine holder.

These rifles were never officially adopted by the US Military, they were commercial offerings acquired by SOCOM and the success of this program led to the development and adoption of the M4 Carbine and the later SOPMOD accessory kits.

This rifle features:

Colt A2 upper receiver
16" 5.56 barrel with M203 attachment notch
A2 Bird Cage flash hider
Fixed front sight tower with bayonet lug
A2 Rear Sight
Colt carrying handle scope mount
Modern version of the Aimpoint optic (Aimpoint 9000)
Redi-mag holder
Period correct furniture

Unique to this build is the following,
A2 upper is in fact a upper receiver sourced through SOCOM
Surefire light that was in service with special operations forces
30 round magazine that was issued to SOF operator
Rifle was built by Mogadishu Task Force Ranger veteran.

Purchaser must satisfy all legal requirements, both State and Federal, for proper transfer of firearm.

Purchaser must take possession of firearm at The Gun Store in Conway, SC at no additional cost, or they may elect to transfer to another FFL of their choice at their own cost including shipping and transfer fees.

Purchaser must take possession within 30 days of the event or ownership will transfer back to Special Operations Wounded Warriors. without refund of purchase.
