About the work
This image is from my series, Dogs, and was part of a unique 7-foot tall freestanding sculptural work, DogTotem, which was commissioned for the group exhibition, A Thousand Hounds. The exhibition traveled throughout the US and Canada 2002-2005. A book of the same name, related to the exhibition, was published by Taschen in 2000.

Bio

Jenny Lynn is an accomplished photo-artist, whose work - encompassing conceptual photographs, photograms, and collages, as well as sculptural pieces and large-scale installations - has been widely exhibited, collected, and published. Her books include her self-published monograph, PhotoPlay, and EyeBook: Sixty Artists. One Subject.,
published by Damiani Editore.

Jenny Lynn studied painting and photography at the Tyler School of Art, and also studied filmmaking at the New York University Graduate School of Film and Television. Ms. Lynn's artwork is represented in many private and public collections, including the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Center for Creative Photography, and the Norton Museum of Art. She currently lives and works in Philadelphia.
