Description/Inspiration:

Inspired by the seven clans of the Otoe-Missouria Tribe. "Buffalo Clan" is one in a series of seven clan animal prints, Bear, Elk,Eagle, Beaver, Owl and Pigeon. Each animal has traditional tribal floral designs on black with white trim. The background is in very vibrant colors with floral designs fading into the background.

Aha! I am Miha Xege, Faded Woman, I am Jiwere-Nut'achi. I am Tamara Faw Faw, I am Otoe-Missouria. I am an Indigenous Artist that specializes my art within tribal history language and regalia. I like to utilize many different forms of art to create my work, fabric, paper, illustrations and graphic design.

I concentrate my efforts into bringing back to life what was once lost and forgotton.

It's my way to honor the Ancestors. Aha!
