Description/Inspiration:

Squash are a very sacred crop that predates even corn, and beans. They are the oldest of the three sisters, and here I have honored them for the Autumn season along with an indigenous South American animal, the alpaca, who are very sacred tp Andean peoples, and they both are very popular and heartwarming and are a joy to look at, and I figured if non indigenous people constantly go on about these two sacred species separately, I wanted to kind of re-indigenize it away from the mainstream, and conbine their cuteness, since many tend to overlook the roots, of popular things that are indigenous to the Americas. Non-natives will even try take the credit or glory for themselves, by trying to sell these species as if they are " modern" things they discovered or invented, when in reality they are ancestral to us and timeless.
