NOTE: Treatment directly pertains to orthodontic care for a person who is a candidate for Invisalign Technology. Invisalign treatment includes appointments, records, photographs, aligners, attachments, interproximal reduction and one set of retainers. General dentistry is not included. Regular dental exams, cavity-detecting x-rays, cleanings, extractions, restorative treatment, etc. is not included in the Invisalign treatment. Most restorative and periodontal work should be completed before the Invisalign treatment begins or in some instances, once the Invisalign treatment is completed. This donated Invisalign treatment is not eligible for insurance reimbursement. Patient cooperation is essential to achieve optimal results and additional cost may be incurred if not compliant. Invisalign treatment must be started before 12/15/2023.
