Handmade using wild clay. These pots are dipped in a white slip that, when covered in a clear glaze and fired in the gas kiln, creates spots which in Japan they refer to as 'Gohon' or 'Gohonde'.

Originally donated to the Archie Bray Foundation for Ceramic Arts, Montana, for auction, this beautiful pitcher has a diameter of 13 inches and a height of 15 inches.

Nathan says his pottery is designed for everyday use and inspired by pottery traditions worldwide. He feels his pots are complete when they are in service, bringing a sense of human connection to the user.
