Tinctures extract and preserve the healing properties of plants. Here we learn to create herbal tinctures for Immune Support, Digestion, and Sleep. We discuss the herbs and their uses, growing these locally, and formulating tinctures for your own herbal medicine cabinet. Students will create tinctures to take home. Up to 10 people

Groups are welcome to bring additional food and beverages as they see fit.
