HOTWORX is a 24/7 infrared fitness studio, located blocks from the FXW HNC Campus at 676 N LaSalle Suite 2, offering a variety of virtual-instructed 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and 30-minute Isometric (ISO) workouts in our patented infrared saunas. These sessions include Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Barre None, HOT Core, HOT Buns, Hot Cycle, Hot Thunder Row, and more, along with a functional training area that provides supplementary resistance exercises.

HOTWORX sets itself apart from the competition by offering the first-ever patented 24-Hour Infrared Saunas and implementing 3-dimensional training, a powerful combination of Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise to help members flush toxins, tone up, torch calories, as well as achieve overall improved health and wellness. Our members have unlimited 24-hour access to a variety of virtually instructed infrared sauna workouts in a semi-private, pandemic-proof environment.
