Long time Barrington Resident Andrea Wright is thrilled to support Bacoa's Dancing with the Barrington Stars! Andrea grew up loving to dance and spent years in cheer and Poms, and was also a Silverette at NIU. She admits it's been a while since she has danced publicly but is always happy to support a worthwhile cause. She moved to Barrington with her family in 1986 and has supported the community throughout the years, working with many charities including Barrington Children's Charities, BJWC, Bacoa and many more. She has three amazing children: her daughter who graduated from Barrington High School and her two boys who are currently there in their junior and senior years.

Traveling is a passion of hers and as the Vice President of Playa Resorts, she manages the sales force for the USA, which supports major all-inclusive brands including Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott in the Caribbean, Mexico and Jamaica. If you can't find Andrea in Barrington, she is on a beach with her family in the Caribbean. She has a simple motto, "Live for Today, Tomorrow's not Promised". This is exactly why she is throwing on her dancing shoes! She has been in the audience supporting the past stars who are dear friends of hers, and now it's her time to shine and pay back a community that has given her so much over the years.
