Marialyce Hawke is a cameo-cut glass artist who has been working as an artist since 1969. Though she began her career as a painter, in her later years she has worked exclusively in etched glass from her studio in Northern California. "Her intricate designs are drawn freehand on the glass and then etched with a sandblaster."

Hawke's work is in the private collections of both Madonna and Queen Elizabeth II and in the public collections of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, the Sturbridge Museum of Glass, the Corning Museum of Glass, the Los Angeles Museum of Modern Art, and the Smithsonian Institute.
