To achieve the authentic flavors and maintain the quality of their family's business, they bring olive oil, wine, pasta and other local ingredients from Tuscany to California to use for their dinners.

Their Italian dinners are centered around the concept of slowing down to enjoy a

meal in good company. As they say in Italy "at the table one never ages".

Chef Matteo comes from his 4th generational family hotel & restaurant, Bellavista

Impruneta, in Tuscany and has learned to cook from his family since he was

young.

Chef Matteo & Alexandra still live in Tuscany and still work at the family business

and will travel to California to provide you with this exclusive Tuscan Hills dinners

for your group of 8, where they will share recipes, stories and their Italian culture

and provide you with a private Tuscan Hills experience you will never forget!
