The Multicolored Universe, 2022
Inkjet Print on Aluminum
20" x 20"
Edition: 1/1
Jonathan Ware is an Atlanta-based corporate attorney and self-taught digital artist. Ware drew his inspiration for the work The Multicolored Universe from teachings of Mayan Sacred Geometry. The ancient Mayans believed that certain shapes had specific energies associated with them. Ware's work features the geometric energies of the
sphere and the square. In his image, tiny blue spheres, representing 360 degrees of possibility, coalesce and take
concrete form, circumscribed by a magenta square, which represents the Earth plane and the manifestation of the formless (ideas) into form (being). Ware said, "This work is about the manifestation of dreams into reality - both individually and collectively as a society. The sphere is associated with our highest hopes, dreams and ideals. Unless we take concrete action (represented by the square) to birth those dreams into form, our dreams remain in the realm of the formless.

This piece is a call to live your dreams. The result is the dawning of a new era in your life, as you find yourself living in a
multicolored universe inspired by your ideals - a majestic world that you have dreamed into being."
