He and his wife, Megan, both went to Anderson High School and then moved to Sacramento where Chris earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Sacramento State University. After moving home to Shasta County with a new family, Chris took a position managing the family business in Redding. When the opportunity to buy the Anderson facility became available, he eagerly took it, anxious to share his lifetime passion of health and fitness in a place where family and community are highly encouraged. Their Goal is to help fitness become part of a lifestyle for the whole family. They strive to make the gym a place where you want to be, not where you have to be.
