2021 Madeleine Angevine: "Mad Angie," originally from the Loire Valley in France, produces an elegant, dry white wine with complex tropical and citrus fruit flavors that pair beautifully with harvest from the sea.

2021 Siegerrebe:"Zieggy", a precocious German varietal from the Alsace region produces an exotic, aromatic wine notes on the palate of lychee and grapefruit, finishing crisp, medium-dry with a hint of spice. Pairs beautifully with Sunnyfield Goat cheese & Barn Owl Bread from Lopez and also with Asian fare, curries or as an aperitif.

2021 Rosé: A unique blend of Syrah and Merlot grapes, this Rose is finished crisp and dry highlighted with hints of strawberry and watermelon. Delicious on its own and pairs well with? almost everything!

2020 Sangiovese: This East of the Cascades gem is a rare to Washington varietal grown in the Rattlesnake Hills on Elephant Mountain. We are fortunate to have partnered with Joe Hattrup's vineyard to bring you this surprisingly delightful wine. Our Sangiovese is a lighter red wine notable for its ripe cherry and blackberry flavors followed by a crisp, spicy lingering finish. Barrel aging adds to its warmth.

2019 Merlot: Our Prosser grown 2014 Merlot is a classic example of an old-world wine. Barrel aging balances the soft tannins with the medium body of this wine, rich in flavors of cherry and berry coming from this wonderful vineyard.

2021 Malbec: This favorite from Crawford Vineyards in the Yakima Valley is rich in flavors of berry, cedar, black pepper and spice. Aged in small oak barrels for over 12 months, it pairs beautifully with almost any grilled foods, from juicy Steak to Portobello mushrooms.

2018 Raven's Caw Red: We are excited to share our new Cab Sauv-Merlot blend! supported by an addition of Malbec and with a unique twist on a Bordeaux style wine a sprinkling of Sangiovese. In this is an opportunity for the winemaker to show his artistic ability to both detail and broad stroke blending?alchemy magic! Like the Raven's Caw brings a symphony of sound, this wine brings a dense wide ranging palette of taste for you to marvel and enjoy. A perfect wine for a hearty dinner!

2018 Fireside: Our award winning 2018 FIRESIDE Port-style wine is crafted from a blend of Malbec and Sangiovese, with brandy from San Juan Distillery and then barrel aged. A full bodied 'Ruby' style port full of rich ripe berry & plum flavors, finishing with a smoky, mocha note.
