When I won the auction bid last year, I had no idea how happy my family and I would actually be staying in such a clean, beautifully furnished, spacious, welcoming and beautiful VT home. We had (5) twenty somethings, (2) 50 somethings and a pooch. There was enough space for us to be together around one of the massive fire places or have alone time. Parking was a piece of cake and the driveway, walks and area were well maintained and cleared of snow.

The location is perfect, giving you a real VT woodsy feel, but close enough to the ski areas (Killington, Okemo, Pico) to be able to enjoy breakfast at home and a short Drive to the slopes. We enjoyed 2 days at Killington, one at Okemo and one day hiking the trails right from the house.

Eating was a breeze. There's a full kitchen with everything you'll need to cook for a family. Restaurants are close by with options ranging from 5 star to cozy family-friendly spots.
