CBCA NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT TO CHAMPION THE ARTS
With the generous support of our community, we've been able to affect some transformational initiatives for Colorado's arts and creative industries through advocacy in the last year, including:
- Supporting the passage of two major pieces of arts legislation that directed millions of dollars to economic recovery efforts and COVID-19 relief funds for the arts and entertainment sector:
- SB21-252; HB22-1409 - Community Revitalization Grant program
- SB20B-001; HB21-1285 - Colorado Arts Relief grant program
- Launching a new statewide arts advocacy network through Colorado Cultural Champions and the Colorado Arts Action Network, to amplify the collective voice of Colorado citizens on important arts issues
