Dumcum has been a part of LEYE since 2009. He started by taking the executive chef position at the French restaurant Mon Ami Gabi, located in Lincoln Park. After three years, he was asked to be part of the opening team at RPM Italian. Dumcum was involved in the openings of Paris Club Bistro & Bar, Ramen San, Il Porcellino, RPM Steak, RPM Italian DC, Sushi San, Windy City Smoke Out, and Bub City. In October 2022 Dumcum returned to LEYE working at the new St. Regis Hotel.
