Smoked brisket BBQ Feast for 15 - 20 people
Bill Brandom will be cooking an American Wagyu Gold grade brisket from Snake River Farms. This 18 - 20 lb brisket is specially prepared and then slow-smoked, using hickory and cherry wood, for approximately 18 hours.
The feast will feed 15 - 20 people:
- Smoked brisket (more than 10 pounds)
- Homemade BBQ sauce
- Delicious BBQ beans
- Cole Slaw
- Dinner rolls
Bill's hobby is Southern Style BBQ. Bill has been working on his craft for the last 30 years. Bill has been trained by Johnny Trigg - considered the "Godfather of BBQ", Harry Soo - winner of 27 BBQ grand championships, and has spent 4 days learning from BBQ Master Myron Mixon, a 5-time World BBQ champion. Bill & his wife Cindy are retired grandparents, raising 8-year old Noah and 6-year old Jackie Brandom, students at Salem Lutheran School.
