Spend a couple of hours in an immersive Spirits Class and Cocktail Tasting at Mordecai, the beautiful neighborhood bar and restaurant located inside the hotel and conceived by Chef Matthias Merges, James Beard Award Semifinalist with an esteemed restaurant pedigree.

Mordecai's bar features one of the country's most expansive and interesting collections of vintage and rare spirits, with a focus on rare bourbon.

Your host will be Spirits Archivist Kris Peterson, a fabulous storyteller, who will lead you on a rare and vintage spirit tasting. Select your theme and Kris will curate three rare, vintage spirts along with a welcome cocktail aligned with the evening's focus. Designed to entertain, educate, and enhance the liquid history we get to share, your vintage tasting will completely change the way you interact with your favorite cocktails and spirits.

You will schedule the spirit tasting with Kris based on mutual availability and it's bespoke just for you.
