For decades, cooking at the James Beard House in NYC has been an aspiration for many chefs and considered a career milestone.

Last year, James Beard Foundation launched a culinary residency at the Beard House - the Beard House Fellows program presented by Capital One - which imagined the potential of this historic space into a hub of training and professional development for talented, emerging chefs.

The culmination of the program is a monthly BEARD BOX, created by each Beard House Fellow in collaboration with Great Performances, and shipped nationally. This is your chance to be part of this historic and ground-breaking program, and to savor a meal for 2 in the comfort of your own space.

This package is your 3-month subscription to the Beard Box, October - November - December, 2022.

The Beard Box will be shipped to your door via overnight Fedex on very specific dates, midweek, and usually in the last week of the month. December shipment will be midweek, mid-December. You will be notified earlier each month, to confirm the exact delivery date.

• October: last week, wed/thurs delivery
• November: last week, wed/thurs delivery, post Thanksgiving
• December: mid-month, wed/thurs delivery

Each Beard Box contains 3-Course Meal Kit for 2 people. Ready to heat and eat. Minimal cooking and assembly required.

Menu will be published earlier in the month. No substitutions possible.
