Bionic Wines is the family of brands produced by renowned French vigneron, Christophe Baron. In 1997, Christophe was the first grower to plant vines in The Stones of the Walla Walla Valley in the Pacific Northwest, a project he named Cayuse Vineyards.

Over the past 25 years, Cayuse wines have achieved critical acclaim and mulitiple 100-point scores from major publications. Christophe's American portfolio has grown to include three other productions: Horsepower Vineyards, No Girls Wines and Hors Catégorie Vineyards. Christophe also produces Champagne Christophe Baron on his vineyard parcels in the Marne Valley in Champagne, France, where he grew up.

Christophe has championed "closed circle" farming since his first vines took root, and in 2002, was the first to implement biodynamic farming techniques in the Walla Walla Valley.

In 2008, with Horsepower Vineyards, he became the first vigneron in the United States to create a project dedicated to cultivating vineyards using draft horses-an effort which revived the methods of traditional agriculture used by his ancestors in the family vineyards.

Christophe's wines can only be purchased by Members, and his Member Lists are waitlisted for up to seven years.
