You and your guests will be personally welcomed by Jason and Sue Chin as they give you a behind the scenes glimpse of the restaurant and describe what your experience will entail.

You will personally meet Chef Michael Cooper and he will walk your through your sumptuous multicourse experience with beverage pairing carefully curated to complement each dish.
